• Praktiske øvelser: Måling af proteinabsorption ved 280 nm
• Anvendelse af mærkefri spektroskopi til præcisionsbestemmelser

• Kvantificering uden standardkurve: Brug af proteiners refraktionsindeks
• Direkte kvantificering af proteiner uden fortynding
